Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our programs and want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, how to request one, and what to expect during the process. We believe in fairness 4 both to our students and to the integrity of the educational work we offer.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase for all courses and digital products sold through The Healthy Relationship Lab. This is in accordance with EU consumer protection law, specifically the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.
2. Content Access Condition
To be eligible for a refund, you must have accessed less than 30% of the course content. This condition exists because accessing a substantial portion of the educational material constitutes meaningful use of the product. If more than 30% of the content has been accessed, the right of withdrawal is expressly waived, and a refund will not be issued. This limitation is clearly disclosed at the point of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you have two options:
- Via Paddle: Visit paddle.net and use their customer portal to submit a refund request. Paddle, as our Merchant of Record, handles all billing and refund processing.
- Via Email: Send your refund request to [email protected] with your name, the email used for purchase, and your order number. We will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 - 10 business days from the date the refund request is confirmed. The exact timing of the credit appearing in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
5. Access After Refund
Once a refund is issued and confirmed, your access to the course content will be immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to log in to the course platform or access any associated materials, downloads, or community features linked to that purchase.
